February will feature the work of a group of artists from Bend who call their group ALT. The show will run through the month of February and the opening reception will be Feb. 7th from 5:30-7 p.m.In the Woods 
 
The ALT Group:
ALT is a group of professional Central Oregon artists whose work focuses on pushing boundaries and who look for alternative approaches to the creative process. Several artists work in encaustic, an ancient art form that is experiencing a revival with a contemporary twist. Others artists combine materials and may draw or collage papers into their paintings. These artists are highly trained, yet often choose nonrealistic and nontraditional approaches when painting.
